Where most people go wrong when hiring a web designer

Hiring the right person to design & build your website is one of the most critical investments you’ll make for your business.

You’re literally entrusting control over your credibility and reputation to the person you hire. (Not to mention the money and time you put on the line)

Too often, I work with clients who were previously burned due to not picking the right person for their project, and they end up hiring me to “pick up the pieces” and try to salvage what I can from their previous project-gone-awry, or worse, they end up having to scrap the whole mess and start over.

I don’t want this fate for you.

I've worked with a lot of designers and developers. Finding a designer with a great eye is a huge challenge. Finding a designer with a great eye who codes is even harder. Finding a designer with a great eye who codes that will build an entire page or site in a day, well that's just plain silly. Person doesn't exist. At least that's what I thought before I met Zach. What Zach and I were able to accomplish in a matter of hours was nothing short of amazing. He came up with a design concept that was out-of-the-box, striking from a design perspective, yet functional with a real sensitivity to the conversion needs of the bigger product, funnel and campaign. Best design and build experience I've had. Period.

I’m not a good fit for everyone, and I don’t want to be.

I’m direct, irreverent, probably make too many jokes, and demand a lot from my clients in order to create the most kick-ass site possible. And on top of all that, I’m very selective about who I work with to ensure a great fit.

But regardless of whether you and I work together, I want to be sure I’ve got you covered here, and that you get the best site possible — even if it’s not from me.
